This consultancy is Australia’s largest employee-owned property and infrastructure consultants, with over 350 employees across the country. They specialise in urban design and land division and due to a growing pipeline of projects, our client is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to take a step up into a Client-Side Project Manager role and join their highly technical team. This position is leadership-based and is responsible for assisting in the growth of their presence in South Australia while embarking on exciting projects in both the private and public sectors.
The role
As Client-Side Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of design within projects. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Ideally you will be a qualified and experienced Engineer, with previous experience working on land division projects. As Client-Side Project Manager you will manage projects across the entire life cycle, including concept design, tendering, award, and delivery. You will develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with consultants and contractors and suppliers and effectively manage their performance on projects. With natural leadership capabilities and strong communication, you will have the ability to connect and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. you will review and evaluate project schedules to ensure the project is being delivered on time and to budget.
