The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is proudly partnering with a respected South Australian civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead complex civil and concrete projects on-site. This contractor is known for delivering quality infrastructure, civil construction, and structural concrete works, with ongoing relationships across public and private sectors.

The Role

As the Site Supervisor, you will take full ownership of on-site project delivery, leading teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee a variety of civil and concrete projects, including structural concrete, roadworks, and infrastructure valued up to $40M. You will coordinate resources, manage operations, and build a positive, high-performing site culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and timelines
  • Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, materials, and equipment efficiently
  • Oversee complex structural concrete and civil works to meet technical specifications and client expectations
  • Participate in safety audits, inspections, and client walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with project teams on reporting and progress updates
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
The Like Mind

You are an experienced Site Supervisor with a track record in structural concrete and civil infrastructure projects. You excel in a fast-paced site environment, demonstrate strong leadership, and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will have:
  • Proven experience managing civil and concrete projects on-site
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills across people, plant, and materials
  • A safety-first mindset with solid knowledge of WHS policies and site procedures
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Flexibility to occasionally work regional DIDO arrangements
  • A team-oriented approach and passion for mentoring and developing crew
