The Role
As the Site Supervisor, you will take full ownership of on-site project delivery, leading teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee a variety of civil and concrete projects, including structural concrete, roadworks, and infrastructure valued up to $40M. You will coordinate resources, manage operations, and build a positive, high-performing site culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and timelines
- Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Oversee complex structural concrete and civil works to meet technical specifications and client expectations
- Participate in safety audits, inspections, and client walkthroughs
- Collaborate with project teams on reporting and progress updates
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
You are an experienced Site Supervisor with a track record in structural concrete and civil infrastructure projects. You excel in a fast-paced site environment, demonstrate strong leadership, and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.
You will have:
- Proven experience managing civil and concrete projects on-site
- Excellent planning and coordination skills across people, plant, and materials
- A safety-first mindset with solid knowledge of WHS policies and site procedures
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Flexibility to occasionally work regional DIDO arrangements
- A team-oriented approach and passion for mentoring and developing crew
