Continually growing, they are now looking for hardworking and ambitious  Administrator to join their team. This role will see you become a crucial team member, working closely with the estimating team on tender documentation.
  
The Role
  
Working in a close-knit team north-east of Adelaide, you will ensure the smooth running of construction admin operations within a collaborative team. This role will require you to provide general office administration duties and assistance where required. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administration activities are coordinated and managed so that deadlines are met.
  
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
  • Maintaining the administration of tenders throughout the full process
  • Coordinate and gather information from other departments and key stakeholders to prepare bids/proposals
  • Management of proposal calendars for the cost planning and estimating functions
  • Develop and maintain a library of content and resources for all submissions, including the storage of each new submission
  • Writing, editing, and formatting submissions and marketing collateral
  • General administrative support, including preparation of correspondence and documentation where required

The ideal candidate will demonstrate 2+ years’ working in an administration role, with experience in the construction or building industry highly regarded. Providing key support to the estimating team, this role will suit an enthusiastic professional who can communicate effectively with all stakeholders and work well in collaboration within a team environment. Your strong commercial intelligence and ability to make decisions will see you thrive in this role, producing high-quality outcomes in an environment with competing demands.
