We are now seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to take ownership of scheduling and installation operations across South Australia. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a small team of installers, coordinate closely with builders, and ensure every project is delivered on time and to an impeccable standard. This is a pivotal position that offers a balance of planning, some site involvement and people leadership within a highly respected and supportive environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
What We’re Looking For:
You will bring proven experience as a Site or Construction Supervisor within the residential building industry, ideally with exposure to custom or architectural projects. You’re someone who thrives on organisation, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and communicates effectively with builders, trades, and internal teams alike. A practical understanding of site operations combined with strong planning and leadership skills will set you up for success in this role.
What’s In It For You:
This position offers consistent hours, Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, providing stability and work-life balance. You’ll lead a small team of installers with the backing of an experienced operations group, working mainly from the office with occasional site visits.
