As the organisations newest Contract Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to gain exposure across diverse sectors, including commercial, industrial, and retail, managing projects ranging from $5 million to $25 million.

Your roles and responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
  • Maintaining consistent communication with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to budget and time constraints.
  • Managing tenders, encompassing the scope of work, pricing, and profitability.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement schedules, ensuring compliance with pertinent laws and codes.
  • Coordinating site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation.
  • Organizing and overseeing subcontractors and trades.
 
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, contributing to medium-sized commercial projects in the South Australian market. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, given the need to engage with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and professional demeanour is crucial, as this role offers the prospect to enhance and cultivate leadership skills under the mentorship of seasoned industry professionals.
