The Role
Providing support through the pre-construction phase, you will strive for continual improvement in knowledge of company procedures. An innovative mindset will see you succeed in this exceptional and professional environment.
  
You will:
  • Liaise with the Construction Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
  • Manage tenders including the scope of work, pricing and profitability
  • Prepare and review contracts, subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement schedules, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and codes
  • Coordinate all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
  • Manage and organise subcontractors and trades
  • Manage project accounts and assist with accurate financial tracking/forecasting
The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for a Project or Contract Administrator with a background in Property, Architecture or Construction, and for someone who is looking for exposure to the residential building sector. With a proven ability to effectively meet deadlines, you will have an intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office and previous experience in database systems. A relevant degree qualification will be highly regarded as will the confidence to work independently. Your excellent communication skills and ability to create lasting and professional relationships with team members, stakeholders and  clients will ensure your daily success. Attention to detail, use of initiative and problem-solving abilities are all key to this role, together with a strong ethic of working to deadlines.
