The Role

- Manage tenders, encompassing the scope of work, pricing, and profitability
- Prepare and review contracts, subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement schedules, ensuring compliance with pertinent laws and codes
- Coordinate site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
- Organise and oversee subcontractors and trades
