The Opportunity

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career. This role offers the chance to build on expertise, manage major contracts and develop leadership skills, with clear opportunities to progress into a Senior Contract Administrator. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage trade packages and procurement schedules with precision and oversight
  • Monitor project costs and progress claims to ensure the smooth flow of the project
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, keeping everything running on track
  • Ensure all HSE documentation and compliance processes are maintained with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Take charge of RFIs, variations, and invoices, ensuring smooth financial management
What You Bring
  • A degree in Construction Management (or a related field)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator, specifically on commercial projects
  • In-depth knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, RFIs, variations, and budget monitoring
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team
