The Role
As Contract Administrator you’ll work closely with Project Managers and Senior Contract Administrators to ensure smooth project delivery of builds up to $100M. You'll be:

The Role
As Contract Administrator you’ll work closely with Project Managers and Senior Contract Administrators to ensure smooth project delivery of builds up to $100M. You'll be:
- Preparing and reviewing scopes of work and procurement packages
- Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms
- Administering contracts, variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
- Monitoring budgets, timelines, and compliance with legal and safety standards
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting to support project delivery and risk management
