Job description
The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to join a well established Adelaide builder that’s delivering quality commercial projects valued between $5M - $10M; across exciting new builds, fitouts and minor works and a diverse portfolio that keeps things fresh and challenging.
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the full project lifecycle, from procurement and budgeting through to final delivery.
You will be joining a close-knit, well-supported team where collaboration is key, leadership is clear, and your contributions genuinely matter, so, if you're working as a Project Coordinator, Administrator, or Estimator and are ready to take on more responsibility, work on larger-scale projects, and accelerate your career in a business that values growth and initiative, this is the move you've been waiting for.
The Role
Some of the key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will be a commercially savvy and detail-oriented professional with at least two-three years’ experience in contract administration, ideally within commercial construction. You are confident navigating budgets, claims, and compliance requirements, and you know how to keep documentation and stakeholder communication running smoothly.
You work well in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly, and handle competing priorities with confidence. If you hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field, that will be highly regarded, but your practical experience and proactive mindset are what will really set you apart.
