We are excited to be partnering with a leading national property development company to source a Corporate Receptionist to join the team. This is an opportunity to play a vital part in the day to day running of the business. The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-presented receptionist to join this high performing team. You will be the first point of contact for all client enquiries, demonstrate initiative and work in accordance with the organisation’s office procedures.

  • Reception duties including taking all incoming calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients

  • Ordering kitchen and stationery supplies for the office

  • Coordinating refreshments for guests and preparing the board room for meetings

  • Printing, binding, photocopying, and filling where needed

  • General administration to support a busy team
