The Role
This opportunity is perfect for a professional currently in a QS firm who is looking to transition into a developer/builder environment and take on broader responsibility and leadership. Alternatively, it suits a Cost Planner already working in another builder who is ready to step up. Based locally in Adelaide, you will lead cost planning and analysis for design & construct projects, collaborating closely with the Adelaide Director and three experienced estimators nationally to deliver robust commercial outcomes.
