The Role
As an experienced Design Manager, you will join the team in delivering an iconic multimillion dollar project. You will be the key person responsible for all design activities, including overseeing preparation of drawings and tender documents, coordinating architectural design, detailing and specifications to ensure that all aspects are carried out in accordance with company procedures. You will also assist in the integration of planning, safety, quality, commercial, construction and design issues to manage project design risks. You will be heavily involved from the front end, liaising with the design team and all relevant stakeholders so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must!

You must be a very confident and commercially astute individual, motivated by client satisfaction. You will be tertiary qualified, with a degree in Construction Management or similar. Design management experience across large scale apartment buildings experience in a large construction/multi project environment would be highly regarded.
