The Role
As an experienced Design Manager, you will join the team in delivering outstanding projects. Your key responsibility will be to oversee the preparation of drawings and tender documents, while coordinating architectural design, detailing and specifications to ensure that all aspects are carried out in accordance with company procedures. You will also assist in the integration of planning, safety, quality, commercial, construction and design issues to manage project design risks. You will be heavily involved from the front end, liaising with the the design team and all relevant stakeholders so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must!

You will be tertiary qualified, with a degree in Construction Management or similar and possess relevant design management experience in a large construction/multi project environment.
