The Role
As the Document controller, you will be responsible for various administrative duties in conjunction with managing major records, in alignment with policies and procedures.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prior Document Controller experience of 2-4 years working on commercial or defence projects will be advantageous, however not a requirement. You will possess a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude. A keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate within a project team on major projects will be essential. Above all, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills to manage internal stakeholder expectations as well as the ability to work well and collaborate in a team environment.

The Role
As the Document controller, you will be responsible for various administrative duties in conjunction with managing major records, in alignment with policies and procedures.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain project documentation using industry-standard systems such as Aconex or Procore
- Ensure all drawings, specifications, and correspondence are accurately recorded, version-controlled, and distributed to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate document flow between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to provide timely access to the latest project information
- Uphold compliance with quality management systems, project protocols, and ISO standards through precise document handling and tracking
- Assist the project team with document retrieval, audit preparation, and compliance reporting
- Track RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions through to approval to support project delivery
- Administer document control systems and provide support and training to users where required
- Manage document archiving and project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and compliance certificates
