With significant tenders in the pipeline and growth within the business, the team are looking to engage an Estimating Manager. We would love to hear from experienced Senior Estimator who is looking to take the next step in their career, or alternatively, an Estimating Manager who is looking to transition into a highly sought after and trusted mid-tier commercial builder in the industry. As a key member of the leadership team, you will receive a competitive remuneration package in return.
  
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Management Team, this key leadership role will provide you an opportunity to positively impact the growth strategy and continued successful outcomes in projects throughout the education, health, community, and residential realms.
  
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Effectively manage the estimating team
  • Build strategic external relationships with clients and project partners.
  • Analyse drawings in the early stages of Design & Construct, Early Contractor Involvement and Managing Contractor projects
  • Deliver strong results with your team through the estimating and tendering of lump sum projects  
Your network of subcontractors, strong planning and organisation skills will ensure success in this role.
