As a specialist across apartments, educational facilities, hospitality and fit outs, the team have a versatile project capability and are now looking to engage an Estimating Manager. This role would suit an experienced Senior Estimator who is looking to take the next step in their career, or alternatively, an Estimating Manager who is looking to transition into a highly sought after and trusted mid-tier commercial builder in the industry.
  
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Management Team, this leadership role will provide you with the opportunity to significantly impact the growth strategy of the business. You will effectively manage the estimating team, whilst building strategic external relationships with clients and project partners. Your experience in cost planning, in-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, and ability to analyse and interrogate drawings will see you play a lead role in the early stages of Design & Construct, Early Contractor Involvement and Managing Contractor projects. As a leader within the business, you deliver strong results with your team through the estimating and tendering of lump sum projects, underpinning results for the project delivery teams. Your network of subcontractors, strong planning and organisation skills will ensure success in this role.
