The Role
Joining a high performing team, your primary objective will be your responsibility for estimating duties across projects ranging up to $50M. You will:
- Break down scope of works
- Work to billing of quantities
- Prepare documentation for planned projects
- Provide support to the Estimating team
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, negotiating the tender process
- Plan and organise projects
- Review and maintain pricing
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Estimator within the Australian construction market
- A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar discipline
- Strong communication skills, essential for fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional time management skills and a keen decision-making ability
- The aspiration to thrive within an experienced leadership team and capitalise on genuine career progression opportunities within the organisation
