Partnering with a well-established South Australian construction company, we’re on the lookout for a motivated Estimator ready to take the next step in their career. With more than 75 years of experience, this third-generation family business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and fostering long-term client relationships.
The team is growing and currently delivers a wide range of commercial work; from maintenance and fit-outs to new builds valued up to $10M, with a strong focus on new build projects up to $10M. Projects span aged care, education, hospitality, retail, and government sectors.

The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager and working within a team of over 70, you will be responsible for:
To be successful in this role, you will have 2+ years of previous experience working as an Estimator, in addition to holding the relevant tertiary qualifications. You will have strong communication skills to work with a wide group of people and develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have exceptional time management skills, and the ability to take initiative when making decisions within the department.

The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager and working within a team of over 70, you will be responsible for:
- Breaking down scopes of work and preparing accurate cost estimates
- Billing quantities and preparing project documentation
- Supporting the estimating team across multiple tenders
- Liaising with stakeholders and managing the tender process
- Assisting in project planning and reviewing pricing
