The Role

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing competitive, commercially sound pricing for new builds, refurbishments, and fitout projects. Working closely with leadership and project teams, you will contribute to the project from early planning through to tender award and handover.

  • Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing, including issuing packages and conducting negotiations
  • Identifying commercial risks, cost drivers, and value engineering opportunities
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and delivery teams on pre-construction planning
  • Maintaining estimating documentation, cost databases, and preparing pricing reports
This role puts you at the centre of project success. You will determine the project cost before construction begins.
