The Role 
Providing a range of support to the Director and wider managing partners, this hands on and dynamic role will suit an exceptional multitasker who can use their initiative to ensure each day runs seamlessly. Responsible for typical EA tasks including complex diary management and travel coordination, however, will also see the successful candidate become a key leader within the business, managing high-level reporting and communications. This role will be Exposure to social media, and marketing will be advantageous, however is not essential for success in this role.
 
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Diary, calendar, and inbox management
  • Handling all client correspondence
  • Revising and maintaining office systems e.g. data management
  • Extensive travel coordination and itineraries
  • Drafting correspondence including emails, letters, and documentation.
The Like Mind
This role requires someone who has 3+ years’ experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant to a high-level Director. You will naturally have great communication skills – both written and verbal – to be able to liaise with all levels of management across the business internally, as well as externally. This role will require the successful candidate to take initiative on tasks and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be well-presented with the ability to learn and evolve on the job, coming up with new and efficient processes to make things work. Overall, you will thrive and enjoy working in a team environment and get along with all staff, from junior level staff right through to senior level management.
