The Role
This fast-paced and dynamic environment will require a professional who has responsive thinking and the ability to problem solve. As you exercise strong attention to detail in all that you do, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to on-site supervision and co-ordination of the project and staff, monitoring progress of works and ensuring daily productivity so the project is delivered on time, on budget and exceeding expectations. You will maintain regular reporting of progress, on-site issues and attend necessary site meetings. Safety is at the forefront of our client’s values, and you will demonstrate an outstanding track record to ensure high quality and code compliance.
The Like Mind
Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman in a Tier 1 / Tier 2 organisation on projects $10M+, as well as a trade qualification will see you succeed here. It is vital that you are a clear and confident communicator, with an ability to maintain positive and successful relationships with your staff, subcontractors, and clients. This is an environment where you are expected to work collaboratively, understanding that you are all working together to achieve the same outcome.
