ROUSSOS is collaborating with a well-known developer builder to find an experienced Foreman who can participate to large-scale projects around South Australia. The team has established a reputation for delivering high-quality projects while cultivating, nurturing, and maintaining excellent relationships with subcontractors, developers, and architects around the state. Previous experience as a foreman in a commercial contractor environment, as well as trade qualifications, are essential for success on a project. You must have an excellent eye for detail, set a good example, and maintain composure under pressure. It is critical that you are a clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships with your employees, subcontractors, and customers. This is an environment where you are expected to collaborate, with the assumption that everyone is working towards the same goal. The Role

- On-site supervision and co-ordination of the project and staff
- Ensuring daily productivity so the project is delivered on time and to budget
- Regular reporting of progress and any on-site issues
- Attending and coordinating necessary site meetings
