Front Office Administrator

The Front Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for the business and will provide a combination of exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Role
Although this role is responsible for managing traditional front desk duties, there will be a heavy focus on administration tasks including document formatting and delegating incoming requests to the team.
 
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
  • Front of house duties including managing all incoming calls, responding to client emails, and greeting clients with a welcoming and professional demeanour
  • Collating, reviewing, editing, and formatting documents, coordinating the final input and appearance of document
  • Coordinate bookings for board rooms ensuring areas are maintained throughout the day
  • Maintain office supplies via arrangement of kitchen and stationary orders
  • Assist the leadership team with general day-to-day administration tasks and support

Previous reception or administration experience will be highly regarded along with proficiency in Microsoft Word.
