We have been engaged by a respected and diversified builder seeking an experienced Foreman to further contribute to a recently secured strong project pipeline. With more than 40 years of success operations, this well-established company has completed their reputation for delivering multiple high-profile and challenging projects valued up to $200M. The business spans across multiple sectors including high-rise, commercial, education, retail, aged care, industrial and government. Working alongside some of South Australia’s greatest leaders in the, not only will you gain great experience, but you will also be mentored by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in our market.
The Role
You will joining one of Australia's leading Tier 1 contractors and work within a knowledgeable and well-respected project team. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- On-site supervision and co-ordination of the project and staff
- Ensuring daily productivity so the project is delivered on time and to budget
- Regular reporting of progress and any on-site issues
- Attending and coordinating necessary site meetings
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess previous experience in a Tier 1 / Tier 2 environment and relevant trade qualifications. You must have a keen eye for detail whilst remaining composed under pressure. It is vital that you are a clear and confident communicator as you will strivee to create and maintain successful relationships with your staff, subcontractors, and clients. Within this environment you will be expected to work collaboratively, understanding that you are all working together to achieve the same outcome.
