About the Role

- Oversee all stages of precast sales, project management, production, transport, and installation to ensure timely and compliant delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain high safety standards, and ensure process optimisation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations with third parties
- Take ownership of financial performance and reporting, including budgeting and KPI monitoring
