This opportunity is suited to a Graduate of Architecture with 1-3 years experience who is eager to deepen their technical capability while contributing to design discussions and project documentation. Working closely with senior architects and the director, you'll gain exposure across project phases, supporting design development, preparing documentation, coordinating consultants and liaising with builders.

The Role
In this graduate position you will:
- Support the delivery of bespoke residential and mixed‑use projects from early concept through documentation
- Produce high‑quality architectural drawings and coordinated documentation sets
- Collaborate with builders, consultants and project teams to ensure design intent translates into buildable solutions
- Support technical detailing, services coordination and compliance tasks
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to design discussions
- Learn and apply Proske's studio workflows, systems, and design processes
The Like Mind
We're looking for someone who brings:
- A Bachelor or Master of Architecture (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Australian architectural practice
- Design sensibility and technical documentation skills
- Proficiency in Revit and architectural software
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- An eagerness to learn, explore and grow professionally
