Supported by specialist consultants and the Founder/Director, our team has decades of collective recruiting experience in the construction industry. This is a terrific opportunity to work closely with a highly knowledgeable team in a permanent full-time role.
As a Recruitment Coordinator / HR Graduate at ROUSSOS, your primary responsibility sits with administrative duties business-wide, providing you with exposure to the complete recruitment process.
An example of some daily tasks are:
- Sourcing candidates through the ROUSSOS database, Seek platform and LinkedIn
- Preparing candidates CVs in line with the ROUSSOS branding guidelines
- Writing job ads using a creative approach and the ROUSSOS tone of voice
- Drafting emails and other correspondence for your Manager to review
- General administration duties
Presenting as highly polished and with a clear affinity for your personal appearance, you will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should boast a kind and empathetic disposition together with self-confidence and the ability to conduct yourself socially among your colleagues, our candidates and our clients. Your articulate attitude will certainly set you up for success at ROUSSOS.
Ideally, you will have recently graduated from an HR related qualification or be able to complete your studies. This is the perfect role for you get your foot in the door of a corporate environment that celebrates success and rewards hard work.
