The Opportunity 

ROUSSOS is the leading recruitment specialist within the construction, architecture, engineering and property industries in Adelaide. We are looking for a HR/Business Graduate  to join our team.

This position is a great opportunity to work closely with a highly knowledgeable team in a permanent role, based in the East End of the Adelaide CBD. Bringing a fresh and modern approach to recruitment, we are looking for a savvy individual to welcome into our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  
The Role

This role will see you as an important part of our team and allow you to proactively gain an understanding of the recruitment world. Day to day, your key tasks will involve administration assistance across all facets of the business, with the view to solely focus on one individual portfolio in time.

Administration duties:
  • Format CVs in line with ROUSSOS branding guidelines
  • Write engaging and creative job advertisements
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Conduct phone screenings with job seekers applying for roles
  • Complete reference checks with clients and industry contacts
  • Use strong communication skills to support recruitment processes
  
The ideal candidate

If you have recently graduated, or are about to complete your studies, this is a great role that will provide the opportunity to get your foot in the door of a corporate environment that celebrates success and rewards hard work. We are looking for someone who is efficient, decisive and forward-thinking.

You do not necessarily need to have recruitment experience, however an interest in HR / a similar degree will be highly regarded. If you can demonstrate high attention to detail, along with the ability to adapt to a changing environment, please get in touch.
