With over 60 years of experience, this builder is known for delivering exciting, large-scale projects across sectors such as health, education, aged care, hospitality, and retail. They have a strong pipeline and ongoing work with projects sitting comfortably in the $10M-$70M range.

The Role
As a HSE Advisor, you’ll play a key role in embedding a strong safety culture on-site, particularly across high-risk activities such as craneage and vertical construction. Your presence and leadership will be critical in ensuring safety remains a top priority throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate IV in WHS and ideally 2 years experience in a similar role within commercial construction. Strong knowledge of current WHS legislation and an understanding of safety systems in large, high-risk environments (such as multi-storey sites involving crane operations) is key. You will also have the ability to communicate confidently with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management.

- Champion a proactive safety culture through visible leadership and strong site relationships.
- Conduct detailed site inductions and verify all permits and certifications.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Identify and assess risks in line with legislative requirements.
- Lead regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
- Manage incident response, investigation, and reporting processes.
