Producing a variety of medium density works, they specialise in the delivery of architectural design homes, stylish high-end apartment builds and retirement living and government housing solutions. As their pipeline of works continues to grow, this business is looking for a driven HSE Advisor to join their team and drive the implementation of safety management systems across the business.
The Role
As HSE Advisor, you will be supporting site personnel and ultimately be responsible for fostering a culture of safety. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
The successful HSE Advisor will have a Certificate IV in WHS and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the building or construction industry. In addition to this, you will have the following:

The Role
As HSE Advisor, you will be supporting site personnel and ultimately be responsible for fostering a culture of safety. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Implementing safety management procedures
- Uphold an awareness of WHS legislation, guidelines, and risk management in relation to the building industry
- Ensure company policies and procedures are maintained to reflect legislative requirements
- Conduct site inspections and audits
- Coordinate incident investigations and required reporting
- Provide safety education and training
- Assist in development of hazard and risk identification processes and controls
The successful HSE Advisor will have a Certificate IV in WHS and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the building or construction industry. In addition to this, you will have the following:
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate
- A strong understanding of WHS legislation relating to the building industry
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build solid working relationship with employees and stakeholders of all levels
- Current Australian driver's license
