The Role

The Role
As HSE Manager, you will be the driving force behind a safety-first mindset across all operations. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Implementing and maintaining robust HSE management systems.
  • Designing and delivering engaging HSE training programs.
  • Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analysing safety data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
To succeed in this role:

you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in a safety leadership role within commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS regulations, quality systems, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Certificate IV in WHS and a current First Aid Certificate.
