We are seeking experienced HSE Officer to work across high profile commercial construction projects. Working on a variety of large and medium scale projects, you will contribute to fostering a strong safety culture on site. The Role
These varied roles will see you work closely with Site Supervisors and be responsible for daily WHS. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
The Like Mind
The successful candidates will have previously worked as a HSE Officer on commercial construction projects. Great stakeholder management skills will be key, as well as a positive attitude towards supporting a project team. A Certificate IV in WHS and an up to date First Aid Certificate is beneficial. The Role

- Planning, controlling, and implementing WHSQ procedures
- Ensuring necessary documentation, certifications and administration are maintained
- Site inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, SWMS, JSA’s and WHS documentation maintenance
- Liaise with staff regarding works carried out and ensuring staff are adhering to current WHS codes of practice and legislation
- Develop and nurture a safety-first environment and culture within the organisation
