In collaboration with this leading national design and architecture studio, we are looking for a passionate Interior Designer to join their Adelaide team. This is a studio that places a key focus on quality outcomes and creating innovative outcomes that exceed client expectations.
With a strong local presence in the Adelaide market, this is a studio that works with a list of repeat clients, so this role will allow you to build relationships and a strong network of professionals within the industry. Working within the open plan and collaborative office, you will learn from and be mentored by a highly successful Director, as you gain hands-on experience and further your industry knowledge.
The Role
Stepping into this role as Interior Designer, you will work closely with the team to deliver creative and innovative design concepts. This role would suit an enthusiastic, passionate, and innovative Interior Designer who thrives on working within a collaborative environment. You will be supported by a close-knit team that is dedicated to creating design outcomes that are unique to each project. Your role will involve some documentation, concept design and development, construction detailing, space planning and client liaison. Working with a variety of clients and architecture studios, you will gain exposure to the industry through involvement in the production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
The Like Mind
We are open to hearing from Interior Designers with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience within the local industry. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role working on both small and large-scale commercial projects. Working knowledge of Revit for design and documentation is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. The ability to cope within a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines is a must, along with a passion for delivering outstanding design outcomes.
