We have been engaged by an Adelaide-based architecture, interior design and landscape architecture studio to source a talented Interior Designer to bolster their growing team. This is an opportunity for a mid-level Interior Designer to have strong industry leaders, while having the ability to mentor junior staff yourself. Currently project offerings are diverse and unique up to $15M, across commercial, residential, education, tourism and hospitality sectors to name a few!
The Role
Reporting to the Director / Senior Interior Designer, you will be involved in all stages of a project from initial brief through to delivery. With an existing interiors team of 5, you will be part of a dedicated team, who believe the best way to achieve their goals is to work collaboratively and support each other. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to concept design and development, presentations, client liaison and documentation. Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to drive your own career will see you succeed in this role.
The Like Mind
The successful candidate will have the relevant degree qualification in Interior Architecture or Architecture, with industry experience preferably within the commercial, residential or education sectors. Solid knowledge of Revit will be essential, and experience in using Sketchup will be beneficial. You will be able to work independently and within a team of professionals to create unique outcomes that push the boundaries, never settling for the ‘norm’. We are looking for an Interior Designer who is truly dedicated to developing their career for the long-term and expanding their knowledge within the industry.
