The Role
  
As a Junior Project Manager you will work within a high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering, reviewing, and negotiating with subcontractors
  • Managing RFIs to architects, consultants, and clients
  • Providing timely and accurate documentation to senior management
  • Assisting in the implementation and refinement of internal policies and procedures
  • Preparing and reviewing budgets and cost forecasts
  • Processing progress claims, delay claims, and variations
  • Supporting the delivery of projects from start to finish

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator on commercial construction projects within the SA market
  • A solid understanding of construction administration and the commercial project life cycle
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, RFIs, claims, and subcontractor coordination
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A motivated and proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to take the next step in your career
