The Role
As a Junior Project Manager you will work within a high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering, reviewing, and negotiating with subcontractors
- Managing RFIs to architects, consultants, and clients
- Providing timely and accurate documentation to senior management
- Assisting in the implementation and refinement of internal policies and procedures
- Preparing and reviewing budgets and cost forecasts
- Processing progress claims, delay claims, and variations
- Supporting the delivery of projects from start to finish

- Proven ability to manage budgets, RFIs, claims, and subcontractor coordination
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A motivated and proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to take the next step in your career
