The role

As Junior Project Manager you will play a key role in delivering projects from concept through to completion. Working alongside experienced professionals, the role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle and the opportunity to build deep technical and leadership capability.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the delivery of bespoke fitouts and new builds across a range of sectors
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication
  • Coordinating internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution
  • Upholding compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Monitoring budgets, timelines, and documentation to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and driving continuous improvement across projects

To be considered for this role, you will bring a qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid understanding of South Australian construction standards are essential.
