If you are a Senior Project Coordinator with 3+ years’ experience looking to progress into a Junior Project Manager role, this is an opportunity to join a leading national construction organisation. The Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams to assist in the coordination and delivery of projects that meet design and quality standards. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating construction activities across multiple projects
  • Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
  • Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Preparing and managing project documentation including method statements and inspection plans
  • Assisting in leading teams and maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards
The Ideal Candidate

You are a results-driven Senior Project Coordinator ready to step up into Junior Project Management. You bring a strong understanding of the construction lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach to project delivery.

You will have:
  • 3+ years’ experience in project coordination within commercial construction or infrastructure
  • Exposure to managing large-scale projects is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to teamwork and ongoing professional growth
