ROUSSOS is sourcing an ambitious Junior Site Supervisor to grow and develop with an Australian commercial construction organisation, to contribute to a variety of projects valued up to $30M. Working on projects spanning from aged care, retail and education, this business prides themselves on building strong partnerships with clients and producing high quality outcomes. As a reputable builder here in South Australia with over 6 decades of experience within construction, you will be working alongside tenured industry professionals.
The Role
As Junior Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the delivery of unique projects across a wide range of sectors. It will be your responsibility to effectively identify any issues that arise throughout the process and use your initiative to solve problems. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, clients, and the community when required
- Organise project schedules and allocate resources
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule to a high standard
- Assisting in the preparation of estimates for minor works
- Build and foster quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will have qualifications in carpentry or shop fitting, in addition to experience in maintenance, commercial fit-outs and small construction projects. Demonstrated knowledge across the industry, including relevant safety requirements, current practices, and legislation will be key. Territory qualification in Project Management will be looked upon favourably. You will be outcome driven, self-motivated and demonstrate great attention to detail.
