Most notably, one of our clients has engaged us exclusively to appoint a Lead Contract Administrator to take ownership of a $100M+ city-fringe development, a genuine opportunity to step into a senior leadership role and help drive a flagship project from early delivery through to completion.
The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional CA role. You will be the commercial lead on a landmark build, working closely with the Project Director and site leadership to manage financial performance, contracts strategy, and stakeholder relationships.
You will have the autonomy to influence outcomes, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in shaping delivery success.

The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional CA role. You will be the commercial lead on a landmark build, working closely with the Project Director and site leadership to manage financial performance, contracts strategy, and stakeholder relationships.
You will have the autonomy to influence outcomes, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in shaping delivery success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead head contract and subcontract administration
- Manage procurement strategy and major trade packages
- Cost forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Variations, claims, and risk management
- Client and consultant liaison
- Support and mentor junior CAs within the team
What We are Looking For:
- 5-10+ years' experience in Contract Administration
- Proven exposure to commercial projects $20M+ (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead packages independently and manage stakeholders confidently
- Experience across apartments, mixed-use, or complex commercial builds highly regarded
