Marketing Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join an ASX 300 listed company. With a strong history within large scale residential property development, you will be assisting in the delivery of exciting and sophisticated land developments including the construction of town homes and apartments off the plan that are changes. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse builder who has assets in Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland as well as South Australia and is well regarded for the innovation and success of its developments. The Role
Work with the Project Marketing Manager in creating and implementing cutting edge marketing campaigns for market leading projects, as well as corporate marketing activities.  Gain experience managing market research to provide marketing advice which will support the acquisitions of exciting new developments. 
 
Specifically, tasks will include:
  • Maintain innovative and market leading marketing strategies for projects. 
  • Identify market segments for the respective projects. 
  • Initiate research and maintain a database of information that will aid project acquisitions and marketing strategies for the respective projects. 
  • Manage the communications and PR strategies for the projects. 
  • Manage customer relationship management system and database. 
  • Integrate marketing considerations into the overall business for the Adelaide office. 
  • Assist in building the profile and brand awareness through corporate and project marketing strategies, including digital strategies and sponsorship opportunities. 
  • Assist with the growth of the business in a marketing capacity. 
  • Integrate strategic marketing considerations into the identification of potential new property development, or corporate opportunities for acquisition, participation, merger or management. 
  • Contribute sales & marketing advice for potential new property developments. 
The Like Mind
You will be a vibrant marketing professional with at least 12 months experience, with exposure to the property and building industries being highly desirable but not essential. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to work autonomously across the business marketing initiatives. Attention to detail, the ability to prioritise accordingly and a professional approach will see you transition smoothly into this role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft office, Adobe InDesign and the ability to learn new programs quickly will be highly regarded.
