About the Role
This is a development opportunity for a marketing professional with a background in the built environment—whether construction, engineering, or architecture—who wants to grow into a role focused on submissions, tenders, and bids. Working closely with senior leaders, estimators, and project teams, you will coordinate and help produce engaging EOIs, proposals, and capability statements.

You’re currently in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry and you are ready to expand your responsibilities. You enjoy writing, using InDesign, and working with technical teams—and you are excited by the idea of seeing your work directly contribute to winning major projects.

- Maintain consistency across branding and tone
- Take ownership of submission schedules and contribute to strategy over time
About You
You’re currently in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry and you are ready to expand your responsibilities. You enjoy writing, using InDesign, and working with technical teams—and you are excited by the idea of seeing your work directly contribute to winning major projects.
You’ll bring:
- 2–4 years of marketing experience in commercial construction or related industries
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple departments
- A natural interest in design, branding, and messaging
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
