The Role
This is an 8-week fixed-term contract on a part-time or full-time basis, with an opportunity for ongoing work for the right individual. Initially, you will have direct support from our in-house marketing coordinator. After this time, you’ll assume responsibility for marketing tasks from start to finish whilst the marketing coordinator is away. You will be based in the East End of Adelaide in a modern, light-filled office and be welcomed by our dynamic, supportive, and collaborative environment. Some of your duties will include:
  • Managing ROUSSOS social media: Create and share content (job tiles, blogs, testimonials, team / event photos) on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva
  • Build EDMs: use an existing Mailchimp template to develop email campaigns highlighting job opportunities in our specialist industries, importing audiences, and sending campaigns
  • Produce client proposals: Fill out proposal templates in Adobe InDesign using information provided by the team
  • Assist the recruitment consultants with posts on LinkedIn to build their personal brands (includes blogs, job tiles, news articles and short captions for the posts)
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a driven recent Marketing Graduate, or even a current student who is eager to take on part-time work, to be part of our team. This role has a large focus on social media, email, template use, admin, and digital marketing so we are looking for a savvy individual who is a pro at navigating these platforms, with a knack for basic design software. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team member.
This role can be full-time or part-time – we are just looking for someone who demonstrates a willingness to learn and will give their all in the hours that they are present.
