Continually growing, this business is now looking for a hardworking and ambitious Office Administrator to support the team.

The Role
Collaboration is a key factor of success in this role, as you’ll work closely with the team to assist with general administration tasks and coordinate marking initiatives.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
  • Coordinate and gather information from other departments and key stakeholders to prepare tender documents
  • Editing, formatting, and proof checking documents
  • Coordinate marketing collateral including social media posts.
  • General administrative support, including preparation of correspondence and coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Organise and coordinate internal activities and social events

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with an interest in marketing. You will have a can-do attitude and the confidence to work independently, with the drive to excel in all that you do. With demonstrated experience working in a similar administration role, the perfect candidate will also have experience within the construction or building industry. Working closely with the estimating team on tender documentation, you will need great communication skills both verbal and written as well as proficient attention to detail. Proficiently in Microsoft Word is a must, with exposure to Adobe Indesign, highly regarded.
