Together we are seeking a dynamic and creative Studio Manager to support the growing team. The Role
As the Studio Manager, you'll oversee all executive support and administrative responsibilities. You'll serve as a representative of the brand, ensuring excellence in your work, interactions with others, and professional appearance. It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in a culture of initiative, friendship, and creativity. You will:
  
  • Oversee all communication channels (email, phone, and face-to-face).
  • Prepare and coordinate general correspondence and documentation, including but not limited to reports, presentations, papers, letters and other formal or informal communication.
  • Efficiently prepare meeting agendas including collating documentation, presentations, and other key information or specific requirements.
  • Adapt to evolving studio needs and working environment, embracing and prioritising change as necessary
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Travel bookings, office management and any other activities requiring administrative support.
  • Manage visitor experience and ensuring all guests are welcomed into the office.
  • From conception to execution, oversee event management for various occasions.
  • Support the induction of new team members, ensuring equipment is prepared for collection.
  • Assist Directors with monthly accounting and preparation of invoices.

We are looking for a go-getter with a passion for business growth. You should have an eye for workflow efficiencies and be keen to become an integral part of success for this studio. This position will suit a tech savvy individual with an eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills in communicating effectively with all members of the team. While not essential, it would be a benefit if you have a design background and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. In this fast-paced environment, you will demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, and work effectively on your own with minimal supervision.
