The Role
As the Office Manager, you'll oversee all executive support and administrative responsibilities managing day-to-day operations with good communication skills. You will be a go-getter who is focused on efficiency and a passion for business growth. This role offers you to make the role your own and immerse yourself in the office culture, with a potential for a transition into a leadership position. Some of the main responsibilities include:
In this fast-paced environment, you will demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, and work effectively on your own with minimal supervision, you will have 3 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be an energetic professional who doesn't mind a variety of responsibilities, a collaborative team environment, but also has the ability to work autonomously. With an eye for workflow efficiencies and a desire to become an integral part of this studios success, this position will be adapted to suit your skills and experience. This position will suit a tech savvy individual with an eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills in communicating effectively with all members of the team. While not essential, it would be a benefit if you have a design background and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Assist senior management with administrative tasks including preparing and coordinating general correspondence and documentation, including but not limited to reports, presentations, papers, letters and other formal or informal communication.
- Efficiently prepare meeting agendas including collating documentation, presentations, and other key information or specific requirements.
- Supporting HR functions such as coordinating recruitment, staff inductions and team events
- Assisting with basic accounting functions, including assisting Directors with monthly accounting and preparation of invoices.
- The ability to develop and better structure, process and strategic planning for the studio
- Adapt to evolving studio needs, embracing, and prioritising change as necessary
