Located in a vibrant, open-plan office in Adelaide’s CBD, this studio fosters a supportive and energetic team environment. The People and Operations Manager will have the opportunity to shape the role, working with 3 directors and overseeing an established administration team.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic People and Operations Manager to join and lead the studio team. This role is vital to the business and oversees and manages the business operations and holistic approach to people and culture. You will be a people-person who can provide operational leadership to run the studio efficiently across all departments, including 5 direct reports. With knowledge of business systems like financial reporting, HR and IR, quality assurance, and operational software, you will assist with HR tasks such as drafting employment contracts, conducting performance reviews, and training new employees. You will lead a high-performing team through reviewing and implementing department structures to ensure efficiency, managing meetings, setting agendas, developing compliance policies, maintaining company licenses and registrations, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
