This newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who is wanting to expand fully into a PA/EA capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your superb administration skills in a dynamic and fast paced environment in Adelaide’s CBD. This is a diverse role and would suit an energetic person with lots of drive, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
 
The Role
Working as part of a supportive tight-knit team, you will be responsible for providing day to day support to an upbeat fast-paced manager. Assisting with all aspects of their day preparing and confirming personal appointments, diary and email management, as well as coordinating and distributing all written correspondence on their behalf. You will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of board reports, financial reports, and projects reports, whilst also undertaking basic HR requirements such as assisting with onboarding of new employees and understanding all policies and procedures. As a like-minded savvy individual, you will be a pacesetter that is capable of being across everything and lighten up the workload of your manager, whilst implementing new procedures to ensure smooth operations throughout the company.

This role is for someone who takes initiative and enjoys working in a busy environment where you are constantly learning and evolving. You may already be an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant, or you might be an Administration Assistant wanting to step up into a PA/EA position, taking on additional responsibility. You will be reliable and driven, able to work autonomously and meet deadlines. Exceptional time management and organisational skills come naturally to you including the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently.
