They’ve experienced growth in their South Australian team, and now have an excellent opportunity for a PA/EA to showcase their superb administration skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a diverse role and would suit an energetic person with lots of drive, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
 
The Role
Working amongst a supportive and tight-knit team, you will be responsible for providing day to day support to an upbeat manager. Being their right-hand person, you will lighten the workload of your manager, whilst implementing new procedures to ensure smooth operations throughout the office.
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, managing a complex diary
  • Onboarding and off boarding of employees
  • Email management including drafting correspondence
  • Generation and distribution of financial, board and project reports
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to quickly build professional relationships
  • Coordination and hosting of internal and external social events
  • Assist with submissions, basic copywriting, and document formatting
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
The Like Mind
To ensure success in this role, you must be an experienced Personal or Executive Assistant with at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar role. You will demonstrate exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail, with knowledge of the construction or property industry highly regarded. This role would suit an individual who is dedicated to their career and who is motivated to go above and beyond to achieve excellent outcomes for their manager. Working in a high-pressure environment and juggling a variety of tasks, exceptional time management will be crucial to your success in this role, including the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently. Finally, you will be tech savvy and demonstrate the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
