ROUSSOS is partnering with a leading national property developer/ builder in sourcing a passionate and organised Personal Assistant to elevate the team to new heights. Operating in a modern and city central office environment, the team understand the importance of collaboration and valuing it’s team members. Supporting the CEO and notable business moguls this opportunity will transform and accelerate your administration career.
 
The role
As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, offering all-round executive assistance.
 
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Diary, calendar, and scheduling management for the CEO and other high level leaders
  • Communicate and direct all client correspondence
  • Revising and maintaining office systems e.g. data management
  • Managing meeting coordination, minutes, agendas, and documents
  • Extensive travel coordination and itineraries
  • Drafting correspondence including emails, letters, and documentation.
The ideal candidate
Organised, with clear communication and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, you will ideally posses previous experience in an EA or high level administration role. This role is for someone who takes initiative and enjoys planning ahead and constantly learning and evolving. As the first point of contact, you will naturally possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will uphold this commercial contractor’s professionalism in handling all emails, and enquiries from external stakeholders. Skilled in your approach and polished in your presentation will see you fit into this high-profile environment.
