The Opportunity


With continued growth underway, ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing developer-builder delivering high-quality commercial and mixed-use projects valued between $20-40 million. They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Personality, initiative, and follow-through are highly valued, with genuine opportunity to be apart of a growing business.

The Role

This is a broad and trusted Personal Assistant role, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. You will be central to keeping priorities on track, ensuring communication flows smoothly, and taking ownership of administrative and coordination tasks that enable the leadership team to focus on delivering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level personal and administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and competing priorities
  • Coordinate communication with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Assist with document preparation, reporting, and general administration
  • Support property and development-related activities as required
  • Improve internal systems, processes, and workflows
  • Coordinate office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring tasks are followed through efficiently
About You

You are organised, proactive, and take pride in being reliable and outcomes-focused. You anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and enjoy working closely with senior leaders in a dynamic business environment.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Experience within property, development, or construction is highly regarded
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organisational capability
  • A genuine desire to grow with a developing business
